Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states, on instructions, that the petitioner has already taken possession of the flat in question and a sale deed was also executed in her favour on 14.07.2017. 3.

In this view, the only dispute that would remain is whether respondent no.1 had over charged the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to institute such proceedings as may be available in law, including approaching the appropriate forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
