BAIL APPLN. 2567/2019 Anticipatory Bail is sought by petitioner in CC No. 13694/2018 pending trial before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has placed on record status report dated 14th October, 2019 which indicates that in respect of aforesaid complaint case, an FIR bearing No. 511/2019, under Sections 323/341/34 IPC has been registered and petitioners have been released on bail.

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this application.
