The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents no.1 to 3 to inspect the property bearing House No. 32, forming part of Khasra No. 127, Lai Dora Abadi, Village Okhla, New Delhi-110025, and take action in accordance with law.

It is the case of the petitioner that private respondents have carried out unauthorised construction in the said property. 3.

Mr.

Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/MCD, submits that the aforesaid property was booked by the MCD and a demolition order was passed. However, the said demolition order has been challenged by the private respondents before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD by way of filing an appeal being Appeal No.794/2025 and a stay order has been passed in favour of the private respondents on 26th November, 2025.
