% 29.02.2024 After some arguments, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present application in view of the opposition by the learned APP on the ground that the trial is at a crucial stage and four eyewitnesses are yet to be examined.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is in judicial custody since 08.09.2021, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of the evidence of the four eyewitnesses.

Petitioner is given liberty to approach the Court once the evidence of the eyewitnesses stands concluded.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.
