This is the fourth petition filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for Sole Arbitrator to make an award, by a further period of three months. Mr.Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall be satisfied, if the period is extended by two months. 4.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and noting the contents of the petition, the time for rendering the award is extended by a period of four months effective from 30.09.2019. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
