Subject petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 - NDMC, to stop illegal construction activities being carried out in the property bearing No.12, Aurangzeb Lane, New Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing for NDMC submits that action has already been taken on the complaint received from the petitioner and a stoppage of construction order and a Show Cause Notice under W.P.(C) 11826/2019

Section 247 NDMC Act has already been issued. She further submits that appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court afresh in case need so arises.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
