Despite pass-over, none appears on behalf of the plaintiffs. 2.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the plaintiffs had submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and in terms of the settlement, defendants have issued three post-dated cheques bearing Nos. 000271, 000272 and 000273 dated 30th January, 2020, 28th February, 2020 and 31st March, 2020.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs had sought time to file copy of the deed of settlement within two days and to withdraw the suit. 4.

Since none appears on behalf of the plaintiffs despite pass over, the suit and the application are dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
