The present application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking interim bail on the ground that the wife of the applicant/petitioner, who had earlier undergone surgery of removal of gall bladder in October, 2023 has developed certain complications and is presently admitted in nursing home.

Notice in the application was issued on 06.02.2024 with direction to verify the medical record of the petitioner's wife. 4.
The status report has been handed over today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

A perusal of the status report reveals that the fact that petitioner's wife is admitted in R. N. Khetarpal Memorial Nursing Home stands verified. 6.
In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioner may be enlarged on interim bail for a period of ten days from the date of his release subject to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and a Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
b) Petitioner shall provide his permanent address, as well as, his mobile number to the IO concerned. The mobile number shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.
c) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with any of the complainant. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to state that no further extension of the interim bail shall be sought. 8.
The petition stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
