Chopra (Retired) at A-384, Lower Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi - 110024 on 14.03.2018 at 03.00PM.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is allowed though none appears on behalf of respondent No.2.

In view of facts above, the petition stands allowed. The witness be summoned for the above said date and venue. Order dasti.
