% 07.01.2020 Learned counsel for the State submits that protection has already been granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5 submits that no threat has been extended or would be extended in the future. Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Heard. Allowed.

However, at this stage, both learned counsels for the parties state that they are willing to resolve their disputes amicably and the matter, therefore, be referred to mediation.

Heard.

In view of the fact that there are chances of settlement, matter is referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for an amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute between the parties. The parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 08.01.2020 at 3:00 PM. In case the matter is not settled between the parties, the parties are at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as per law. The present petition stands disposed of.
