There is no objection to the limited relief which is sought in this appeal on behalf of the appellants/defendants that the costs imposed by the impugned judgment upon the appellants should be waived, and as was done in a similar matter being RFA 940/2017 vide order dated 8.11.2017. 2.

This appeal is therefore allowed and the costs imposed upon the appellants by the impugned judgment dated 1.8.2017 are waived. It is however made clear that this Court is not otherwise interfering with any

other directions which have been passed in the impugned judgment as against the appellants.

The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
