The fresh medical report of the petitioner has been received from the concerned Jail. As per the said medical report, the petitioner has been slated for review in AIIMS cardiology on 07.02.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that all proper and necessary medical care be taken alongwith necessary follow ups as advised at AIIMS Cardiology unit. 5.
