Learned counsels for the Petitioner and the Respondent states that the parties have executed an out of Court settlement dated 01.04.2025, whereunder the Respondent has acknowledged its liability to pay the Petitioner a sum of Rs. 4,83,195 in full and final settlement of all its claims. 2.
It is stated that the Respondent has handed over three cheques for an equal amount of Rs. 1,61,065 dated 27.03.2025, 27.04.2025 and 27.05.2025 bearing nos. 503221, 503222, and 503223.

Learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent through its representative Mr. Atanu Koley undertakes to this Court that these three cheques, which have been handed over to the Petitioner will be honored on presentation. He states that the Respondent understands that any breach of undertaking given to this Court shall visit the Respondent with the ARB.P. 247/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The undertaking of the Respondent is accepted and the Respondent is bound down to the said undertaking.

The Respondent is directed to place on record the settlement agreement and the photocopies of the three cheques within three (3) days. 6.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the settlement and subject to the cheques being duly honored on presentation, the Petitioner's claim shall stand satisfied. He states that the petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.

The statement of the Petitioner is taken on record. 8.
