The petitioner, vide the present application, seeks leave to withdraw the captioned petition in terms of the Mediation Settlement dated 15.07.2025 arrived at inter se the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the captioned petition has become infructuous since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement dated 15.07.2025, before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw the captioned petition.
