O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 0294/2024 under Section 304B/34 IPC registered at PS Badarpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the deceased was married to the petitioner's brother namely, Arjun. It was a love marriage. The deceased and brother of the petitioner had been residing separately.

He submits that the petitioner is staying in Bihar had no role and interference in the matrimonial life of the deceased. 4.

He further contends that vide order dated 02.04.2025, the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court, subject to him joining the investigation.

He submits that the petitioner had joined investigation as and when he was called by the concerned Investigating Officer. 6.

On enquiry posed by this Court to the learned APP, she on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, fairly submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation. She further apprise the Court that even the chargesheet has been filed in the present case without arresting the petitioner.

Since the chargesheet has been filed, evidently the petitioner is no more required for the purpose of investigation. 8.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he may be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO/IO, further subject to the following conditions:

a) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

b) Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

c) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. 9.

The bail application stands disposed of.
