The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 196/2024 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar (subsequently, offences have also been invoked under Sections 377/313 IPC). 2.
This Court while issuing notice in the petition on 03.02.2025 had directed that no coercive action be taken against the present petitioner subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court. 4.

arrest, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer and further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned and he will not get in touch with the complainant or any other witness directly or indirectly or tamper with the evidence.
