Petitioner had been defending a civil suit and the present petition has been filed impugning orders dated 25.01.2024 and 11.07.2023. 2.

However, at the very outset, it has been informed that the parties have amicably settled the matter and, therefore, the suit has already been disposed of on 05.09.2024. It is, therefore, submitted that in view of the above, the present petition does not survive anymore and, therefore, the same be disposed of as not pressed. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is, hereby, disposed of as not pressed in view of the above said development.
