By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 310/2024, registered in PS Sangam Vihar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The Investigating Officer, who is present in person, submits that the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed.

In view of the above submission, no cause survives for further adjudication of the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with any pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed.
