Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail applications, with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail applications before the Sessions Court. 2.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present anticipatory bail applications.
