Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that payment of school fees of the minor child has been made by the respondent, in terms of the undertaking given to this Court on the last date of hearing, i.e., 16th February, 2024.

Accordingly, she submits that she does not wish to press the present petition any further.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is expected that the respondent-father shall continue to make timely payments of school fees of the minor child in the future as well.
