This is an application for early hearing moved on behalf of the petitioners, who are the grand-father and uncle of the children, who are in the custody of the respondent/daughter-in-law/sister-in-law for non-compliance of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 11.10.2023 in MAT.APPEAL (F.C.) 34/2023. 2.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent despite sending advance notice as also further notice on 07.03.2024 and 09.03.2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an application for enforcement of the order granting meeting rights has been filed before the learned Family Court and the matter is coming up for hearing on 28.08.2024.

Since the impugned order granting visitation rights to the petitioners is an executable order, the present petition is disposed of with directions to the learned Judge, Family Courts, to ensure that appropriate coercive orders are passed and the child is produced The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the Court so as to have interaction with the petitioners in terms of orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court. 5.
