This is a petition seeking interim bail for a further period of 25 days in the FIR No. 267/2021 dated 25.06.2021 under Sections 302 of IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act at PS K.N. Katju Marg as the petitioner has suffered a spinal injury.

The medical status of the petitioner has been verified, wherein the petitioner is admitted in hospital for treatment. 3.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted earlier to the petitioner on 09.01.2025 is extended for another period of 25 days. Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.
