The Court is apprised that the Petitioner had earlier filed an application seeking interim bail before the Trial Court which was dismissed as withdrawn through order dated 7th January, 2025. This has been acknowledged by the Counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. However, he states that he would like to withdraw the present application with a liberty to approach the Trial Court for the same relief. Additionally, he submits that since a notice has been received, he requests that interim protection be granted till the time the Petitioner approaches the Trial Court. 6.

It is clarified that the Court has not examined on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 7.

In view of the peculiar facts of the case, till 08th February, 2025, no coercive action shall be taken against the Applicant. 8.
