The present petition has been filed by Ms. Shweta Madan whereby her request for impleadment in the ongoing suit has been dismissed. 2.

However, it is now apprised by learned counsel for both the parties that there is settlement between the parties and in terms of the settlement, the suit in question has already been withdrawn by the concerned plaintiff. 3.

Learned counsel for plaintiff also confirms the same. 4.

In view of the above subsequent development, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
