Learned APP for the State also submits that the bailable warrants were issued on the last date of hearing which remained unserved on account of the appellant's demise. The factum of death has also been verified, and a report to this extent has also been placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that even otherwise, the matter was settled before Lok Adalat and respondent No.2 has received the entire amount.
