Learned counsel for respondent/SBI asserts that no case of contempt is made against SBI and it is not a necessary party herein. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent, however, informs that nothing further survives as the representation of the petitioner, which was dated 16.09.2024, has already been decided by them on 13.02.2025. A copy thereof has also been shown during the arguments.

As per the directions of the Court, a complete set of the same has been supplied to Mr. Bhargava who submits that, in view of the above, but without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the petitioner does not press his present contempt petition.

any separate representation is required to be made to concerned bank i.e. SBI or not and whether the above said order dated 13.02.2025 is also required to be challenged or not.

Needless to say, such liberty is always available with the petitioner. 6.
Be that as it may, in view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of while reserving all the rights and contentions of the parties.
