The petitioner seeks following prayers:

"a) Issue appropriate directions to quash and set aside the entire criminal proceedings qua the Petitioner/Accused No. 4 in connection with FIR No. 616 of 1997 registered at P.S. Kalkaji, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings pending on the files of Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi; and b) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
