% 09.03.2019 Both the appeals are cross appeals, arising out of the same award. The parties have mutually arrived at a settlement and there-under, it has been agreed between the parties that the claimants shall be entitled to Rs. 2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lac and Thirty thousand only) as lump sum
compensation over and above the impugned award as full and final settlement.
Today, the insurance company has handed over the following cheques :
