The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: "In view of the above said facts and circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be allowed the present petition and set aside the impugned order dated 08.01.2025, in favor of the Petitioner and against the Prosecution, in the interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial.
