CRL.M.C. 670/2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner impugns order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate whereby upon remand of the complaint case to the learned Magistrate vide order dated 25.11.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Court, the Magistrate has instituted an inquiry under section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, calling for the report from the concerned S.H.O. and has listed the matter on 27.03.2025. After a brief hearing, Mr. R.K.
