The present petition has been listed on the basis of an office note indicating that the petitioner was released on 30.01.2020, pursuant to an order passed on 09.01.2020 whereby he was required to surrender on 12.02.2020. However, he has not done so.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to issue nonbailable warrants against the petitioner. The police authorities are directed to take all steps to ascertain the whereabouts of the petitioner. Notice shall also be issued to the surety.
