% 29.11.2019 IA. 16758/2019 This is a joint application filed by the parties seeking termination of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

I may note that this court vide order dated November 8, 2019 had appointed Ms. Mini Pushkarna, Adv. as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

It is contended by the counsel for the parties that the parties have settled their inter-se disputes and accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator needs to be terminated.

If that be so, the mandate of the Arbitrator is terminated. The application stands disposed of.
