This petition has been filed under Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) (438/442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) seeking direction to Police Station Mehrauli to release the passport of the Petitioner in connection with FIR No. 505/2021 dated 10.09.2021 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition as it contains averments which are incorrect. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct averments.
