This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/Applicant for modification of the order dated 16.01.2024 in Misc. Application No. 3934/2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi arising out of FIR No.1356/2023 dated 15.10.2023 registered under Sections 186/224/332/353/354 IPC at PS: Nihal Vihar to the extent of furnishing surety in cash and reducing the surety amount. 2.

Issue notice.

Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State and opposes the modification on the ground that Petitioner is a foreign national and case is still at a nascent stage, besides the fact that condition No. (xiii) in the initial bail order has been deleted subsequently by the learned Trial Court. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State and considering that the Petitioner was granted bail on 02.12.2023 and he has been unable to avail the benefit of bail, order dated 16.01.2024 is modified to the extent that Petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of Rs.75,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned M.M./Link M.M./Duty M.M., as directed by the order dated 02.12.2023 and partially modified by order dated 16.01.2024. Remaining conditions shall remain unaltered.

Petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
