The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a notice dated 19.09.2019 issued under Sections 160/91 of the CrPC. 3.

The APP appearing for the State states, on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court, that the said notice shall be withdrawn. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
