CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 13.01.2017 By the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks to impugn the orders dated 22.10.2016 and 22.11.2016. The basic issue is total costs of Rs.12,000/- imposed on the petitioner for filing belated rejoinder. The only worthwhile submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a truck driver and a man of very limited means.

Keeping in view the said submission, in the interest of justice, the costs are reduced to Rs.3,000/-. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 13, 2017 n
