The present Suit for Permanent Injunction, Declaration and Rendition of Accounts has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff in respect of immovable assets and profits of M/s Arihant Aluminium, the defendant. 2.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission for return of the present Suit as it suffers from technical defects and had to be registered as a Commercial Suit and with liberty to file a fresh Suit.

In view of above, the Plaint is directed to be returned in original along with the court fees as per rules.
