The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following relief:- "1. Term of the arbitrator be extended and time for passing the final award be enlarged for a period of 6 months from the date of passing of order in the present proceedings w.e.f. 31.12.2024." 2.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and with the consent of the parties, the prayer made vide the instant petition is granted.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator, which expired on 31.12.2024, stands extended for a period of six months from 31.12.2024. 4.

Ordered accordingly.

The instant petition stands disposed of.
