The instant applications have been filed by the Petitioner for modification/correction of the Order dated 03.02.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

It is stated that inadvertently in Paragraph 5 of the Order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 16:31:46

03.02.2025, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator has been extended by this Court till '31.07.2024' instead of '31.07.2025'. The said error is corrected accordingly.

Paragraph 5 of the Order dated 03.02.2025 will now read as under:- "5. In view of the fact that the arguments stand concluded in the matter, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator till 31.07.2025 so that the Award can be pronounced and no further extension of time would be required by the Arbitrator. Further, the period from 24.01.2025 till today is regularised."
