This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ of prohibition and/or any other writ, order and/ or Direction thereby prohibiting and restraining the respondents from taking possession of the petitioners land adThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
measuring 27 Bighas 2 Biswas (i.e. 5.6 Acres) situated in Village Satbari, Delhi bearing Khasra No. 1127 / 1 (27-2) II. Issue a writ of Mandamus and/or any other writ, order and/ or Direction thereby Directing the Respondent No.3 to adjudicate and decide the applications dated 14.10.2020 filed by the Petitioner seeking rectification of the lands records in an expeditious manner;"

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.
Mr. Kapila, learned counsel, Mr. Pathak, learned standing counsel, Mr. Sannu, learned counsel, Mr. Oberoi, learned standing counsel and Mr. Agrawal, learned Panel Counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,2,3,4 and 5 respectively.

Ms. Kapila, learned counsel for the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA"), has handed over notification dated 05.09.1988, wherein the de-notification of the 1987 stood recalled and the land of the petitioner stood acquired.

After some arguments, Mr. Sethi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, only restricts his prayer that the 2 applications dated 14.10.2020 be disposed of by the respondent No. 3. 6.
It is directed that the respondent No. 3 shall decide the applications dated 14.10.2020 after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today. 7.
Additionally, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the notification of 1988 in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with pending applications if any.
