This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the learned Arbitrator to adjudicate the claims and counter claims and pass the award. 2.

Mr Negi, learned counsel appears for and on behalf of Mr Tushar Sannu, learned ASC for the respondent-GNCTD and has no objection to the prayers made in the petition.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and as a last opportunity, a period of 9 months from today is granted to the learned Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the proceedings and pronounce the Award. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
