This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

These are three connected petitions filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the ld. Arbitrator Tribunal for passing the Arbitral Award. The disputes between the parties is in regard to the Concession Agreement executed for the Marketing, Operation, and Maintenance of Bus Queue Shelters (BQS's) on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

Ld. Counsel for the parties submit that the matter is at the stage of final arguments before the Arbitral Tribunal. In view thereof, the mandate of the Tribunal is extended till 31st August, 2024. 4.
