The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking permission to sell the hypothecated vehicle as well as directions to learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'DRT') to hear and decide the pending applications filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his applications before the DRT are pending seeking permission for urgent hearing as he seeks permission to sell the movable property which is depreciating day-by-day. He submits that the applications were moved in the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
