The Local Commissioner has completed the exercise and has filed the report. The Local Commissioner is present in Court and submits that an amount of Rs.3,500/- was realized by disposing of the infringing material to a scrap dealer. Let the said amount be appropriated by the Local Commissioner towards the expenses incurred.

Let the parties pay an additional sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the Local Commissioner.

With the destruction of the infringing material the controversy between the parties stands substantially resolved. 4.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that they shall make an endeavour to mutually agree on the remaining aspects. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed of along with pending application.
