As informed by both sides, mediation efforts have become successful. The Samadhan has in that regard sent a settlement report, according to which the parties have settled the disputes by way of creating fresh lease of the subject premises between themselves at a higher rate of rent; the execution proceedings are stated to have already been withdrawn by the present respondent/landlord and the present petition has to be withdrawn today, after which keys of the subject premises shall be handed over to the present petitioner tomorrow. Both sides shall adhere to the settlement agreement.

In these circumstances, as requested by learned counsel for petitioner, the petition and all pending applications are disposed of as compromised.
