The present Write Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482, Cr.P.C. to transfer the investigations of the FIR No. 07/2023 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and to direct the respondent No. 3 and 4 to collect the CCTV footage of the cameras in the vicinity to the spot and to collect the CDS of the accused Hemant, Sumit@ Patal and Sunny.

Learned Prosecutor on behalf of the State upon instructions from the IO submits that the Charge Sheet already stands filed. 3.

No further directions are required in the preset Petition and is hereby disposed of.
