The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed predominantly seeking revaluation of the petitioner his answer sheet for the subject Intellectual Property Rights Law-I (Subject Code LB4036) for the LL.B. 4th Semester Examination. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also challenged the Clause 3 of the Notification No. CE/2011/193 dated 01.11.2011. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. J. S. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submit that revaluation of petitioners answer sheet for the subject Intellectual Property Rights Law-I (Subject Code LB-4036) for the LL.B. 4th Semester Examination shall be conducted in accordance with the law on the completion of the requisite formalities by the petitioner. 6.

Let the requisite formalities be done by the petitioner. 7.

The University of Delhi is directed to complete the revaluation within four weeks and intimate the result to the petitioner in accordance with law. 8.

The petition stands disposed of.
