The present application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "A. Grant parole to the petitioner for a period of 2 weeks in FIR No.421/1984 u/s 302/396/395/449/436/147/149 IPC, P.S. Delhi Cantt, New Delhi;

B. Extend the parole granted to the petitioner by a period of 2 weeks in FIR No.421/1984 u/s 302/396/395/449/436/147/149 IPC, P.S. Delhi Cantt, New Delhi;

C. Pass any such further Order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

This Court had granted parole to the petitioner vide order dated 29.11.2024 which was extended till today on account of petitioner's wife operation which was scheduled for 03.02.2024. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the operation has been conducted today and he shall surrender by tomorrow. 5.

The petition is infructuous and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Let the petitioner surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities by tomorrow, i.e., 07.02.2025.
