% 20.11.2019 This petition has been filed under order 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six weeks up to 11th May, 2020.

Mr.Santosh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has given his consent for extension of time. Accordingly, the time for Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months till 11th May, 2020, effective from 11th November, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
