Counsel for Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the concerned authority has issued a death certificate of Late Mr. Satpal Singh Sodhi, and accordingly, the Petitioner's grievance stands redressed. In the above circumstances, Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to place the death certificate on record in an on-going litigation before the Court of ADJ, Saket Courts, South East District, New Delhi in Petition No. No. 48/2023,1 which is listed for hearing on 09th January, 2025.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of. W.P.(C) 1689/2024 3.
